EMAK Communications & Civils Pty Ltd offers drilling and hydrovac services alongside our construction services. We specialise in pit, pipe, and pipeline civil works construction, and communications network construction and maintenance (fibre and copper).

We hold all the required licensing to undertake electrical works.

Our business management system includes detailed documentation of our processes to ensure and maintain high standards of Quality Control, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management.

Horizontal Directional Drilling / Boring Services

Our drill fleet includes a Ditch Witch JT30 All Terrain Rock Drill, a Vermeer D36x50 machine, and a Ditch Witch JT520. This diverse range of drilling equipment enables us to effectively tackle projects in various environments, including limited access areas.

We have the capability to install pipe ranging in diameter from less than 50mm diameter to one metre diameter. The longest single shot length is approximately 300m.

Hydrovac Excavation Services

Leveraging our specialised hydrovac equipment, we offer a diverse range of expert and practical solutions for both remedial and preventative measures. Hydrovac excavation is a non-destructive excavation process that combines pressurized water and industrial-strength vacuum equipment. This innovative approach results in the the safe and efficient excavation and removal of soil. As a result, EMAK Communications and Civils has successfully provided drilling and hydrovac services to private, commercial, and government industries throughout North Queensland.
